Panic attack… It feels like Exodus happening all around us… Being pulled, people needing this or that. Full-time job with a part-time job, organizing to stay sane, time with spouse, kids and their needs, hobbies in between like fitness, home cooking healthy food dishes, home cleaning, household budget keeper, grocery purchases and errands, lawn maintenance or farming, then self? Then all the noise, football, TV, ads… Make it stop! How does one cope without losing sleep and health and and still keep the open opportunities at reading the Bible daily and praying (before breakfast, lunch-break, before sleep)?
